Use these techniques to boost your learning speed!

Many students are confused about how to study. If you are one of them please follow these skills. This improves your studying techniques. So, these are the things that students should remember ( study skills):
What should you do before studying?
1) Breathing exercise to fuel both the hemisphere i.e. the left hemisphere and right hemisphere. For this, by closing your left nostril and breathe from the right nostril twenty times. Count one, instead of inhaling and exhaling. In the same manner, by closing your nostril, breath from the left.
2) Preview ( Scanning/skimming to get the gist of that topic): when you are going to read a particular topic, just have a look at only a few words from top to bottom.
3) Recalling the topic. Recall what the topic is.
4) Questioning ( Ask 7W + 1H questions to create interest): prepare to find out the questions - what, who, where, when, why and how before studying.
What should students do while studying?
Applying spaced learning method i.e. studying for 40- 50 minutes and having a break for 10 minutes.
What to do after studying?
Revision pattern ( To transfer information from short-term memory to long-term memory ). Some students read and do the assignment today. Then, they close the topic and at the time of examination, they resume reading. It is not a great idea to transfer information from short-term memory to long-term memory, whatever you read today should be continued for up to one month. Then, you can close the topic. As the result, you shouldn't be worried at the time of the exam.1) During the break of the study session.
2) At the end of a study session.
3) At night (15 minutes).
4) Next day morning (15 minutes).
5) Next day night (15 minutes).
6) Sunday morning (weekly revision for 1 hour).
7) Sunday evening (weekly revision for 1 hour)
8) Last Sunday of that month ( monthly revision for 4-5 hours).

1) Two minutes summarizing.
2) Five to six minutes of relaxing.
3) One-minute breathing exercise.
