Coronavirus: What will happen to school exams? - BBC News

Many students cannot solve all the questions and due to this, they don't get a good results. I think you may hear, "Do more practice or solve the questions paper" from your seniors but it doesn't work you cannot attempt all the questions in the exam because while we are writing an exam there may have some questions which make you confused and wastes our time.

So, in this blog I am going to show you some tips which help you to manage your time in the exam because just imagine, you know all the questions. If you attempt the questions about 95 out of 100 marks and achieve 94 marks only in a certain subject due to improper management of time but your friend who attempts all the questions and achieves 96 marks in the same subject, then your friend will become the topper. Nobody cares you are more intelligent than the topper. Everybody here evaluates the students according to their marks. If you
were to manage your time and attempt all the questions in that exam, you would get more marks than your friend. So time management is very important for the students in the exam.

Here are some tips or tricks to manage time efficiently in an exam.

1) Firstly, solve the questions which you like most:

During the exam, you should be fresh and confident. Freshness and confidence make your brain more creative which helps you to solve the creative questions more easily.
After getting the question paper you should solve the questions which you like most. This helps you to increase your self-confidence and you can attempt the questions easily.

2) Don't forget to take watch during the exam.

Most of the students don't know the importance of watching the exam. Some students wear a watch in their hand but cannot see it. You should make a plan for time management. For example: if there is 1 marks question you should give it 1.5 minutes this way you can divide time for every question whether it is long or short. Look at the watch before solving the questions and finished it in the time that you have divided. If the divided time is gone out then leave it there and start another one. You must save time from that question and complete the left question. By way, you can attempt all the questions.

3) Constantly solve the questions at all hours.

Normally, many students feel relaxed and write slowly in the first hour. And starts writing fast in the second hour as they have to solve many questions. Due to this they become hopeless and forget the easy answers also. So, you should write at the same speed at all hours and don't feel relaxed while writing an exam.

4) Don't spend time on presentations.

Here, the presentation includes different kinds of boxes, margin lines and many more. I have given many exams. Till now, I don't get any marks for the presentation. Through this, I am just saying that you should write your answer. Your teacher gives you marks for your answer not for your presentation. So, don't waste your time in the presentation before solving all the questions you should do it after solving the questions.

5) Fast writing.

You may hear, "Speed is the king". It means those who can do the task fastly he will become a winner. So, those who can write fast in the exam he/she can write many things within a certain period and they will become a winner or toppers.

Hence, to get good marks in exams time management is very important for all the students.
